Latitude CM

Latitude Capital Management is a French asset management company established in December 2004 and licensed by the French regulator, Autorité des Marchés Financiers on 12 December 2005 (Visa GP05000036). In December 2006, BNP Paribas Asset Management Group became a shareholder of the company with a 24% stake.

The fund managers have more than 20 years experience in managing Japanese equities. The three founders have worked together for the last twelve years. They have developed and implemented an innovative alternative investment process, which derives from these years of common practice.

The company is committed to a transparent and rigorous process up to the highest institutional standards. The fund managers' interests are strongly linked to performance which is, under all circumstances, the top priority of Latitude CM.

Latitude Capital Management has adopted the CFA Institute "Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct".
